Ingredients:
1 lb Mueller's Cut Macaroni
1 large cucumber, peeled & diced
2 cups fresh diced tomatoes
5-6 green onions, chopped
8 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
1 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dry mix
1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise and dry ranch seasoning until well combined. Add pasta to the bowl and toss until evenly coated. Gently fold in cucumbers, tomatoes, and green onions. Add crumbled bacon and shredded cheese, mixing everything together.
Chill in the fridge until cold, then serve and enjoy!
