Ingredients
For the Shrimp Filling:
1/2 pound shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cooked 🍤
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for flavor) 🌶️
1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish) 🌱
Instructions:
1. Make the Garlic Bread Base:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix softened butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the French bread.
2. Toast the Bread:
Place the bread halves on a baking sheet, cut side up. Toast in the oven for 5–7 minutes until slightly crispy and golden.
3. Prepare the Shrimp Filling:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the shrimp with a drizzle of olive oil, paprika, and a pinch of salt for 3–4 minutes (if not already cooked). Set aside.
