Ingredients:
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb Sausage, sliced
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Set it aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add sausage slices and cook until browned.
4. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and opaque.
5. Add the broccoli florets and cook until they are tender-crisp.
6. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp, sausage, and broccoli. Stir to coat everything evenly.
7. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
8. Cook for another minute or two until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the ingredients.
9. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
