Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta

 



Ingredients:

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed

- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)

- Salt and black pepper, to taste

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 3 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1/2 cup chicken broth

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Directions:

1. Cook the fettuccine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Season the cubed chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

5. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well to combine.

6. Add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.

7. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, and add the cooked pasta, tossing everything together until well coated.

8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

This dish is rich, creamy, and has just the right amount of spice!
