Ingredients:
4 bell peppers, halved and seeded
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned, then mix in BBQ sauce and crumbled bacon.
Stuff each pepper half with the beef mixture and top with cheddar cheese.
Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until peppers are tender and cheese is melted.
