Ingredients
o 1 tablespoon oil
o 1 onion, diced
o 1 green chime pepper, diced
o 8 ounces mushrooms, diced
o 2 cloves garlic, chopped
o 2 pounds ground beef
o 1/2 teaspoon salt
o 1/2 teaspoon pepper
o 1/2 container cheese whiz (optional)
o 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
o 2 tablespoons ketchup
o 2 eggs
o 1 container panko breadcrumbs (gluten-free for gluten-free)
o 4 ounces provolone (optional)
o 8 cuts provolone
Direction:
Heat the oil in a huge skillet over medium warm, include the onion, chime pepper and mushrooms and cook until delicate, almost 7-10 minutes.
Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, approximately a diminutive, some time recently expelling from heat.
Mix the hamburger, salt, pepper, cheese whiz, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, eggs, breadcrumbs and the cooked blend of the onions, peppers, mushrooms and garlic.
Place half of the blend down, put the strong piece of provolone within the center, best with the remaining blend, seal the edges well, shape the lounge as craved and put on a preparing sheet.
Bake in a preheated 350F/180C broiler until cooked through, approximately 50-60 minutes.
Spread the cut provolone over the best of the lounge, return to the stove and broil until the cheese has softened, approximately 2-4 minutes.
