homemade dream pecan pie cheesecake

 


  Ingredients:


 Above:


 1 and 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs


 1/4 cup brown sugar


 1/2 cup salted butter, melted


 For the filling:


 4 packages (8 ounces each) cumin cheese, softened


 1 cup refined sugar


 1 heavy cup


 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract


 4 large eggs


 For the nuts:


 1 cup brown sugar


 1/2 cup butter


 1/2 cup heavy


 1 and 1.


Direction 

 Press the mixture into the bottom of the plate 9.


 Bake at 325°F for 10 minutes and let cool.


 For the filling:


 Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.


 Mix the butter and vanilla.  Add eggs, one at a time, and beat until well combined.


 Pour over crust and bake at 325°F for 60 minutes.


 Turn off the oven, leave the door slightly ajar and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour.


 For the icing:


 Combine brown sugar, butter and cream in a saucepan over medium heat.  Stir until the sugar


 dissolves and the mixture is smooth.


 Add the nuts and cook for 2-3 minutes.


 Pour the cooled cheese over it and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.


 Preparation time: 30 minutes Cooking time: 70 minutes Total time: 5 hours
