Bread in 10 Minutes

 


Ingredients 

4 cups (480 grams) of flour

1 cup (220 grams) of yogurt

250 milliliters (approx. 3/4 cup) of plain water

Ten grams of powdered yeast, one package

Eight Grams of salt measured in powder form, one teaspoon

, one tablespoon (15 milliliters) of vegetable oil

Three and a half teaspoons (about fifty milliliters) of avocado oil

How to proceed

Form the rolls by hand

First mix the yoghurt, water and baking powder in a kneading bowl. Mix well until a smooth mixture is

formed.

Work until satisfied

Next, carefully knead the ingredients into a soft dough and then gradually add flour, salt and

vegetable oil. Avoid changing the consistency of the bread by not kneading it for too long.

Cut and Paste

The finished dough should be divided into ten equal portions and then covered to prevent it from

drying out.Roll each ball out into a disc about the size of a dessert plate.

Recipes without an oven

Flatten the dough circles and fry them in a frying pan over medium heat until golden brown, turning

once. No oil needed.

Adding the finishing touches

Before serving, generously butter each slice of warm bread to enhance the flavor.
